Multipoint NPL results, NPL Z-scores and associated Ps

The NPL Z-scores and corresponding one-sided Ps are indicated at each X chromosome marker for all 153 families, the 140 Caucasian families, and the 11 African American families. NPL Z-scores are also provided for all families after stratification according to the presence or absence of male-to-male disease transmission (male-to male) within a pedigree. The families without male-to-male transmission were further subdivided according to whether there was early-onset prostate cancer within a family, which was defined as average age at diagnosis of ≤65 years. The bold values indicate the highest NPL Z-score with the corresponding smallest P for each category.
