From each genotype, colonic mucosa from three noninjected (100-day-old baseline) mice was collected and processed for RNA isolation. Fold change is the normalized signal intensity of a given gene in Folbp1+/− (heterozygous) relative to Folbp1+/+ (wild-type) mice.
