NOTE. The data from a representative experiment out of two are shown. Cell concentration was determined at 36 hours after treatment with or without 3 nmol/L PMA while cell attachment and spreading and phagocytosis at 21 hours after this treatment. The final concentration of AG was 1 mmol/L.
