Comparisons of vessel density, TUNEL index, and tumor size at 24 days after initiation of treatment

Vessel density and tumor size were significantly decreased, and TUNEL index was significantly increased in the DC101-treated sarcomas compared with the controls after 24 days of treatment.

P < 0.05 versus sarcoma control. The same tendency was observed in the adenocarcinomas, but the lack of animal number precluded statistical analysis.
