Inhibition of the recombinant UMP/CMPK by pyrimidine nucleoside triphosphates
The reactions were performed in the presence of 1 mm ATP and 8 mm Mg2+. The additive and phosphate acceptor concentrations were 1 mm. Values are presented as the percentage of ATP-only samples (mean ± SD from three independent experiments).
