Model 1: these adjusted models take simultaneously into account the following factors: age, body mass index, age at menarche, number of birth and age at first birth combined, use of oral contraceptive, menopausal status and use of hormone replacement, family history of breast cancer, education, alcohol, total caloric intakes, and smoking status.
Model 2: these adjusted models take simultaneously into account the same covariates as in model 1 and are mutually adjusted for dietary calcium (0–499, 500–749, 750–999, and ≥1,000 mg/d) or vitamin D (0–49, 50–99, 100–199, and ≥200 IU/d) intake, respectively.
