AACR Virtual Journal Club:
Cancer Discovery With Dr. Peter Sorger

Moderated by: Robert Kruger, PhD
Senior Executive Editor, Cancer Discovery
Recorded: 06/24/2022

Watch the recording of the AACR Journal Club session featuring Dr. Peter Sorger discussing his article recently published in Cancer Discovery, "The Spatial Landscape of Progression and Immunoediting in Primary Melanoma at Single-Cell Resolution." The intricacies of primary melanoma progression are revealed by a combination of high-plex imaging, 3D high-resolution microscopy, and spatially resolved microregion transcriptomics. The findings from Dr. Sorger’s paper illustrate that this unprecedented spatiotemoporal resolution uncovers recurrent cellular neighborhoods and the landscape of immune evasion and immunoediting.

Stay tuned for the Q&A session at the end of the recording.
