AACR Virtual Journal Club:
Cancer Research Communications With Drs. Stephen W. Clark and Lucas A. Salas
Moderated by: Lucas Brand, PhD
Associate Editor, Cancer Research Communications
Watch the recording of the AACR Journal Club session featuring Drs. Stephen W. Clark and Lucas A. Salas discuss their article recently published in Cancer Research Communications, "Phase I Study of High-Dose l-Methylfolate in Combination with Temozolomide and Bevacizumab in Recurrent IDH Wild-Type High-Grade Glioma." Many gliomas have aberrantly low methylation of key tumorigenic genes, whose increased expression has historically been linked with aggressive disease and poor outcomes. This trial reports the first successful modulation of methylation states in a solid tumor in humans.
Stay tuned for the Q&A session at the end of the recording.
