In honor of Brain Tumor Awareness and National Cancer Research month, AACR journal Cancer Discovery and the AACR Office of Science Policy and Government Affairs co-hosted a virtual panel comprised of patient advocates, basic scientists, and clinicians to discuss the various barriers facing these different communities and how these groups can work together to accelerate the clinical translation of therapies for patients with brain tumors.
