A: Cancer drug discovery.

Q: What influenced your decision to embark on a research career?
A: Natural curiosity, interest in understanding mechanistic biology, biochemistry, and molecular biology, and a passion for directing my research toward identifying innovative drugs to help cancer patients.

Q; What excites you most about your research area?
A: The potential to help patients with cancers. Being able to translate new concepts into drugs that may improve the lives of cancer patients is an incredible privilege.

Q: What do you do for fun outside of work? What are your passions and hobbies?
A: Fly fishing and hiking.
