CEBP Frederick P. Li Impact Award
In recognition of CEBP’s Editor-in-Chief who served from 1997-2002, the CEBP Frederick P. Li Impact Award is awarded to the first author of an article published in the Journal that has had a major impact on the fields represented by the Journal’s content areas, with the awardee’s co-authors named as co-recipients in recognition of the importance of team science.

Cancer Research Early Career Award
The Cancer Research Early Career Award, given annually, recognizes an outstanding early career investigator who is a first or corresponding author on an original research article published in Cancer Research that has made a significant impact in one or more of the fields represented by the Journal. Awardees hold an appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent, and their Cancer Research article was published within 12 years of receiving their PhD/MD.

MCR Michael B. Kastan Award for Research Excellence:
Named after Molecular Cancer Research’s (MCR) founding Editor-in-Chief, the MCR Michael B. Kastan Award for Research Excellence is an annual award given to the first or corresponding author of an MCR Research Article from the last two years that has had significant impact on the fields represented by the Journal. The awardee’s co-authors are named as co-recipients in recognition of the importance of team science.
