The level of Na,K-ATPase α3 subunit (Alexafluor 488 secondary antibody, green) expression by pancreatic cancer cells significantly influenced morphological changes exerted by the cardioglycoside, oleandrin. Nuclear DNA was strongly bound by DAPI (blue). MitoTracker Orange CM-H2XRos (red-orange-yellow) was used to detect alterations in the morphological distribution of mitochondria.
