Confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) staining with mAb16D10 in frozen (upper panels) and formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (lower panels) sections of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. In pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, a strong staining is found in plasma membrane and in cytoplasm. Images stained with mAb16D10 were counterstained with Mayer's hematoxylin before CLSM observation. Original magnification 300×. For details, see Benkoël et al., in this issue. - PDF Icon PDF LinkTable of Contents
