EZH2 overexpression in a benign prostatic cell line (BPH-1) resulted in a transformed phenotype and heightened tumorigenicity, especially after induction of tumoral angiogenesis by VEGF-A. The image reveals colocalization (yellow) of EZH2 over-expressing and GFP-marked tumor cells, which are stained with red and green fluorescent antibody, respectively.
