TUNEL analysis showing increased cell death in intestinal polyps from ApcMin/+ c-myc+/- mice when compared to polyps isolated from ApcMin/+ c-myc+/+ mice. Deparaffinized tissue sections were permeabilized and then incubated with TUNEL reaction mixture containing TdT and fluorescein-dUTP, rinsed in PBS, mounted and analyzed using a Leica LSM 510 laser scanning microscope.
