Immunotherapy
The development of therapeutic approaches that harness the immune system to treat cancer has transformed outcomes for many patients. However, these incredible responses are limited to a small fraction of patients with cancer. This collection of review and research articles from the AACR journals highlights research describing the development of new immunotherapies as well as efforts to enhance the use of current immunotherapies through combination therapy, to better identify those patients most likely to respond, and to address the challenges of treatment resistance and immune-related adverse events.
