The cover shows a section from a murine congenital glioblastoma model generated by lentiviral transduction of the PPP1CB-ALK fusion oncogene into embryonic murine neural stem cells. The section shows histological features analogous to those described in these infant-type hemispheric gliomas with diffuse infiltration of the brain, mitotic activity, and severe cytological atypia.
