This cover shows a hematoxylin- and eosin-stained section from a human breast carcinoma tissue. Corresponding immunohistochemical staining showed a highly specific expression of B7-H3 in tumor epithelial and endothelial compartments compared with the surrounding normal tissue. This illustration supports the utility of molecular imaging tools in clinical practice for noninvasive diagnosis of breast cancer.
