    The cover shows a fluorescence in situ hybridization assay that was performed on tumor tissue from a patient with metastatic breast cancer, revealing amplification of the FGFR1 gene. This patient was treated with mTOR inhibitor-based combination therapy and achieved a prolonged radiological response. For details, see the article by Drago and colleagues on page 6443 of this issue.
