    The cover shows a section of a lung tumor from a patient with MET exon 14 mutant non-small cell lung cancer who developed acquired resistance to the MET inhibitor crizotinib. The crizotinib-resistant tumor was found to have acquired high-level amplification of wild-type KRAS and wild-type EGFR in nonoverlapping cells, as demonstrated by dual fluorescence in situ hybridization with a KRAS probe in red and an EGFR probe in green.
