The cover shows INFγ production by activated T cells in a section of biopsied tumor tissue. Tissue sections were probed for IFNγ expression (brown foci) using RNAscope and costained for CD3 expression (red foci) using immunohistochemistry. Representative images are from a clear cell sarcoma tumor treated with two injections of 6-million aDCs/injection.
