The cover shows a histological section of an excisional biopsy from a patient with pseudomyogenic hemangioendothelioma, where the lesion is localized in the dermis. The patient showed complete and durable remission to treatment with telatinib. The mechanism behind this response was elucidated using an in vitro model for pseudomyogenic hemangioendothelioma.
