    TLR4 agonist-formulated GVAX (TEGVAX) significantly increased cytolytic CD8 infiltration into the tumor microenvironment. CT26 tumor-bearing mice were treated with TEGVAX, which resulted in regression of tumor in 40% to 60% of the mice. Tumor-infiltrating CD8 cells (CD8-FITC, CD45-Cy3 conjugates) are shown in yellow and tumor is counterstained with DAPI (40x).
