CCND1 in colonic tumor induced in Egfr-deficient mouse. Mice were fed Western diet and tumors induced with azoxymethane/dextran sulfate sodium. Despite the absence of wild-type Egfr, dietary Western fat increased CCND1 expression. Note nuclear cyclin D1 expression in malignant colonocytes.
