In this article (Clin Cancer Res 2009;15:5280–7), which published in the August 15, 2009 issue of Clinical Cancer Research (1), F-ara-A was misidentified on page 5280 in the second sentence of the abstract and the first sentence of the second paragraph of the text. The correct chemical name for F-ara-A is 9-β-D-arabinofuranosyl-2-fluoroadenine or 2-fluoro-ara-A.
