Immune-based approaches including T-cell redirection have transformed the therapeutic landscape in myeloma. Injection of dendritic cells (DC) led to the induction of immune responses in vaccinated patients with myeloma. These studies pave the way for future combination strategies harnessing DCs to enhance tumor immunity and improve outcomes in myeloma.
