In the FUTURE-C-Plus phase II trial, patients with advanced previously untreated immune-enriched triple-negative breast cancer achieved an overall objective response rate of 81.3% with the combination of camrelizumab, famitinib, and nab-paclitaxel. This supports that the quantity of immune cells is important for identifying those with response to treatments combined with PD-1–targeting immunotherapy.
