The cover image is adapted from Figure 2 in the article, “APOB Genotypes and CDH13 Haplotypes in the Cholesterol-Related Pathway Genes Predict Non–Small Cell Lung Cancer Survival” by Deng and colleagues. The figure shows that SNPs rs1801701 and rs425904 influenced the expressions of APOB and CDH13, respectively, and were associated with the survival of non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Deng and colleagues investigated the associations of genetic variants in the cholesterol pathway and related genes with NSCLC survival by using available genotyping datasets from two previously published genome-wide association studies of lung cancer.
