Looking at data that support issues regarding African Americans not adhering to their taking prescribed medications and following up on their treatment care plans. There’s a need to understand the stigma and social economic/class with regards to poor follow-up on survivorship care plans and we can bridge the gap in the African American communities and health care providers.
