Abstract
As of today, minority women are still leading the death toll in breast cancer. In addition, the under-served are confused with what we have worked so hard to promote in educating them about cancer screening, Some women were dismissive as they would tell us they don't have to get screened- not because they were not 40 or over but because they saw it on television. Interestingly, they were those who were concerned as they knew of people who were much younger or had no family history that were diagnosed or died of cancer. There is a concern of the minority and under-served community who are on the losing side of mist cancers, the questions are now coming in fast and furious and communication is extremely important. The poster will address the concerns, the statistics on diagnosis, stage and mortality rates.
