In an article in the May 2008 issue (1), there are two errors in the abstract to be corrected.

  1. In the Abstract, under “Results,” there are numbers listed from an earlier version of the manuscript. The relative risk (95% confidence interval) should be 0.63 (0.42-0.95). The P trend should be 0.02.

  2. In the Abstract, the last sentence in the “Results” section should be corrected as follows. The relative risk (95% confidence interval) should be 0.76 (0.59-0.98). The P trend should be 0.02.
