Exercise Improves QOL for Patients with Metastatic Breast Cancer

Abstract: The PREFERABLE-EFFECT trial demonstrated significant improvements in quality of life, fatigue, and pain management for patients with metastatic breast cancer who pursued a structured, supervised exercise program. The research also hints at potential physiologic benefits and cost savings.
