PFA Ependymomas Exhibit Distinct 3D Genomic Architectures Available to Purchase

Major Finding: Posterior fossa group A (PFA) ependymomas have heterochromatic DNA that interacts over long ranges.
Concept: Type B ultra long-range interactions in PFAs (TULIP) were specific to and necessary for tumor cells.
Impact: All PFA ependymomas bore this epigenomic signature, providing a path for therapeutic exploration.
