Major Finding: PGE₂ inhibits stem-like CD8+ tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) expansion and differentiation by disrupting IL2 signaling and induces TIL death via oxidative cell stress and ferroptosis.

Concept: IL2 sensing is limited by signaling through the PGE₂-EP2/EP4 axis, and inhibition of this signaling in TILs restores tumor control.
