A Bispecific Dendritic-T cell Engager Induces Potent Antitumor Immunity

February 1, 2024

Major Finding: A bispecific dendritic cell (DC)–T cell engager (BiCE) was developed that facilitates cDC1-CD8+ PD-1+ T-cell physical interactions.

Concept: BiCE-mediated DC-T cell interactions induce a proinflammatory state and potent antitumor immunity.

Impact: BiCE treatment could be used to overcome current immunotherapy limitations and improve antitumor efficacy.
