Intravesical chemotherapy for bladder cancer is unreliable and is also limited by incomplete drug delivery and poor compliance. A new urinary drug–disposing approach was developed to improve treatment outcomes by covering the entire urinary system, prolonging exposure of the tumor to drugs, and employing intravenous administration.
