In the article by J-W. Liu et al., entitled “Identification and Characterization of Bimγ, a Novel Proapoptotic BH3-only Splice Variant of Bim,” which appeared in the , Figure 2 appeared incorrectly. In Part C, ATG should be placed in the beginning part of exon 2. In Parts Band D, mBimγ is actually BB653788, which is identical to mBimL except for 2 missing bases (572C and 594A) that most likely resulted from sequencing errors. The mouse sequence BI555336 (p. 2978, right column, second paragraph) is closer to the human Bimγ but it lacks the BH3 domain.
