In the article by Fournier et al., entitled“Identification of a Gene Encoding a Human Oxysterol-binding Protein-Homologue: A Potential General Molecular Marker for Blood Dissemination of Solid Tumors,” which appeared in the August 1, 1999 issue of Cancer Research (pp. 3748–3753), the second author’s name appeared incorrectly as Fernanda C. Guimaraes. The author’s correct name is Fernanda Guimarães da Costa.
