Retraction

The article entitled "T-Cell Receptor V-beta Gene Expression Differs in Tumor-infiltrating Lymphocytes within Primary and Metastatic Melanoma," by T. Nitta, R. Bell, K. Okamura, K. Sato, and L. Steinman, which appeared in the October 15, 1991, issue of Cancer Research (pp. 5565-5569), has been retracted by its first author, Dr. Taizo Nitta, because it contains a number of serious inaccuracies and because Dr. Lawrence Steinman and Dr. Robert Bell were listed as authors of the article without their knowledge or permission. The Editors of Cancer Research were informed of this situation by Dr. Steinman and Dr. Bell.
