Summary
Several properties of a rodent rhabdomyosarcoma were investigated. Its growth was found to be independent of the age of the host and a 100% yield of lung metastases was found 25 days after transplantation. The electrophoretic patterns of the soluble proteins of both the rhabdomyosarcoma and Morris hepatoma No. 5123 were shown to be identical with those of their lung metastases.
