Summary
Mice bearing a transplanted granulosa cell tumor have hypervolemia and associated sinusoidal dilatation in the liver, spleen, and adrenal glands.
An estrogenic effect, as evidenced by vaginal smears and enlargement of the uteri, was noted in castrated female animals bearing this tumor.
Enlargement of the seminal vesicles and prostate was observed in castrated, tumor bearing males.
