TECHNOLOGY AND PREVENTION. What type of strategies should be followed to develop useful high technology in the service of preventing cancer in the individual?

There are many useful recommendations that have been suggested : screening, early detection, chemoprevention, but usage is relatively low, expensive in many cases, not without risk and with significant false positive and false negatives . This talk will explore a futuristic paradign that may lead to better results for the individual.
