In the original version of this article (1), the same Actin loading control Western blot was shown for shNF2 clone M2 in C643 cells in Figs. 2C, 3C, and 4A. Aliquots of the same shNF2 clone M2-transduced C643 cell lysate were used for multiple different blots used in Figs. 2C, 3C, and 4A, and the Actin blot presented was intended to be a representative Actin loading control. The figures and figure legends have been corrected in the latest online HTML and PDF versions of the article to show the same representative Merlin and Actin blots from the shNF2 clone M2-transduced C643 cell lysate for Figs. 2C, 3C, and 4A. The figure legends have also been corrected in the latest online HTML and PDF versions of the article to indicate that the same representative Merlin and Actin Western blots for shNF2 clone M4 in C643 cells are shown in Figs. 2C and 3C because aliquots of the same shNF2 clone M4-transduced C643 cell lysate were used for all blots in these figure panels. Individual blots and corresponding Actin controls for all blots shown in Figs. 2C, 3C, and 4A are now included in a new Supplementary Fig. S11. The authors apologize for any confusion caused by the original figures.
