The original version of the Supplementary Data file associated with this article (1) contained several errors and omissions. Supplementary Figure S1C is intended to be the same as Fig. 1E in the main text, only using the exact names of the donor fibroblast cell lines denoted as Donor 1 and Donor 2 in Fig. 1E. The Supplementary Fig. S1C legend has been updated for clarity. In Supplementary Fig. S1K, the wrong panels for 1205LU were included and should be identical to those in Fig. 1G (in Fig. 1G, FASN_Sh1 is the simplified name used for sh_03128 and FASN_Sh2 is the simplified name for sh_03129); the correct quantification is also now included, and the legend has been updated for clarity. In Supplementary Fig. S3B, the labels on the quantification graphs were labeled incorrectly and should read 1205Lu + AG09517 (top graph) and 1205Lu + AG13004 (bottom graph). In Supplementary Fig. S3D, the WM793 image was mistakenly labeled as 1205Lu, and the 1205Lu data were omitted and have now been added. The Supplementary Data file has been corrected online. The authors regret these errors.
