Expression of Concern: Clonal Hematopoiesis Is Associated with Increased Risk of Severe Neurotoxicity in Axicabtagene Ciloleucel Therapy of Large B-Cell Lymphoma

The corresponding author, Koichi Takahashi, informed the editors that the DNA sequencing data derived from samples collected from the 15 patients at the Moffitt Cancer Center were mislabeled, resulting in the genetic analyses for these patients’ samples not being matched to the correct patient of origin.
